There's nothing like a good porn lawsuit with all the lies, bullshit, and the "he said", and "she said".
The latest involves British actor/director, Danny D., Phoenix Marie and nominee for International Female Performer of the Year, Zaawaadi. Phoenix Marie is suing Danny D, porn company Aylo and their ownership Ethical Capital Partners for $80M.
Phoenix Marie's lawsuit just made its way to the attention of The Daily Beast.
This is now the 13th lawsuit filed by a total of 258 women against Pornhub/Aylo since 2020. See a pattern?
Zaawaadi experienced a lithium overdose on an orgy shoot in Barcelona. Phoenix Marie claims that Danny D., prevented her from lending medical assistance to Zaawaadi. Marie, a trained medical technician, claims Danny D used physical force to prevent her from accompanying Zaawaadi to the hospital and then forced her to perform a sex scene with him. Marie's claims against Danny D include battery and sexual battery.
On the flip side, Danny D. claims Marie gave tablets to Zaawaadi, who then had a medical emergency due to taking those tablets. "Thankfully we were able to save her life."
"The whole production cast was present, including a talent assistant who can verify at no point, that anyone was compelled or forced to perform in any nature, we have all footage, sign in's & outs, plus statements from everyone on set," continues Danny D.
"We pride ourselves on our professionalism and safe working environments for all talent."
My observation is that all the drama seems to be happening in Spain. Just a few weeks ago we saw the fiasco that occurred during the filming of the World Sex Championships
